For Special cases where refunds may be issued at our discretion, please allow 7-10 working days from date of accepted/returned item(s).


Store Credits:
Upon requesting a refund, customers will receive store credits redeemable for any item(s) available on our website/media channels. These credits have no expiry date and can be utilised at any time.


Damaged Orders:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items for replacement due to damage or defect. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item(s).

Please note that refunds are not available for orders that are pre-ordered. Once an order has been placed, it has been added to production and cannot be reversed. Pre-ordered items are final sale.
